Campaigns
Campaigns are the life blood of any arts organisation, whether they are direct marketing activity to people on the box office system or 'above the line' campaigns to attract new attenders such as posters and advertisements.
VS Campaigns allows the user to plan, implement and monitor promotional activity, providing valuable measurements on return on investment through ticket sales.
Central to Campaigns is the ability to carefully segment the box office database for mailings. The user can set a target response they aim to achieve and measure their success against this target.

Loyalty Builder
This module gives the user the tools to identify new attenders and begin them on a loyalty programme. Developing a loyal relationship with customers can yield long term returns.
At the end of each day, week or month you can send all of your new customers a personalised letter to thank them for their attendance and to ask them to come again.
What’s more — you can compare how many new customers who received a letter went on to buy more tickets compared with those new customers who were not mailed — allowing you to clearly see the effectiveness of your letter.
The reason Loyalty Builder is so clever is that it doesn’t rely on the customer account number in your ticketing system to determine whether or not someone is a new booker or not.
Loyalty Builder works at household level — so you won’t be sending letters to Mrs Jones who bought some tickets for the first time even though she’s been attending for years with Mr Jones who normally buys the tickets. Clever stuff!
By implementing a rolling programme of tailored communications with new attenders, it is possible to start building loyal behaviour.
