On Venues’ Home Pages, you will be able to see the status of your DDX and how up-to-date your data is.

If your Vital Statistics Session expires, you will be taken back to a log in screen.

In the Event Snapshot Report, you will be able to drill-down and select customers who match your chosen Data Protection criteria. If you do not have access to Event Snapshot Reports, please click here to see a sample.

Event Snapshot report now also illustrates the Sales Channels through which customers booked tickets.

Segments will build much more quickly, will use more intuitive logic and will have additional filters to help you get the precise information you require.
