This report runs on your whole database, identifying customers by the number of times they have attended. It will highlight issues such as:

    Are we failing to retain first time audiences?

    Do we have a high proportion of regular customers?

 

The report also show the average time between bookings for those who have attended more than once. Based on the ADUK guidelines, you can get a snapshot of the number of active and lapsed attenders on your database.

You can specify the start and end date and events within those dates to run this report.

 

The report shows a breakdown of total bookers, tickets & revenue by the number of times customers have attended, giving you a sense of how loyal your customers are and their value.

It will identify the % of your bookers who spend within a price group - e.g. Up to £50 - and the % of your total revenue they have generated.
