Have you ever wondered if half your brochure mailing is wasted?

How can it be risk free?
If we hold your data, we can analyse your previous brochure mailing using our techniques and give you a report detailing what could have happened had we applied it to the mailing before it was sent. At this stage, we’re not physically mailing your customers so you are not risking any of your marketing budget. It is an exercise in evaluation.
Through analysis of your customer database we are able to identify the very best customers to mail for your Brochure. We have undertaken evaluation of many brochure campaigns and our techniques are consistently identifying the best customers, ultimately if the Trial works you may want to implement our proposals which will identify the best customers on your database rather than just in your existing brochure list. Doing so can hugely increase your ROI, generate more revenue and cost you less.
What happens next?
If you are about to send out a brochure, we will create a ‘ghost’ campaign that identifies
who we think your best customers are. Again, there is no risk as you will continue
with your mailing as you have planned but we will evaluate it based on the list you
selected compared with the list we selected -

Once the results are in, we will share those with you along with full recommendations for how to apply what we have learned to your next mailing.
There is no obligation for you to accept our proposals and if you do, we will offer
our help every step of the way as this will provide us -
If you decide not to implement our proposals you will have lost nothing other than a couple of hours of your time in undertaking the trial. You will also have the results of our trial in case you want to use that information internally.

If you have a DDX (Daily Data Extractor) we already host your customer data. If you don’t have a DDX but would like to join the trial, you will need to get one installed on your box office server. This is very straightforward and won’t affect the performance of your ticketing system. There is a small charge of £150 + vat for setting you up. Check out compatible systems to make sure your ticketing system is on the list.
